Fatherhood Reentry Program

Supports justice-involved fathers as they rebuild their lives and families. We offer case management, job readiness, parenting workshops, and life skills training to help fathers overcome barriers and reconnect with their children. We walk alongside each participant with support, accountability, and the belief that every father deserves a fresh start.

Housing Assistance Program

We offer help with housing placement, including rent, security deposits, and utilities, along with financial guidance to build budgeting and money management skills. Participants also receive ongoing mentorship and access to wraparound services tailored to their individual needs.

Mentoring Program

Through mentorship, you can build self-confidence, improve communication (even in stressful situations), learn new ways to solve problems and handle conflict, develop a goal plan for your future, and gain a strong support network so you know you are not alone.

Workforce Development Program

Helps participants build skills, confidence, and a career path—not just find a job. We offer personalized support, GED assistance, soft skills and customer service training, resume building, computer and financial literacy, job placement, and ongoing mentoring to ensure long-term success.

Life Skills Workshops

These workshops are all about helping you navigate real life—no tests, no grades, just practical tools to build confidence and make daily life easier.

The voices of our participants are the most important measure of our success. Through our Quality Control Surveys, individuals who engage with STRIVE share honest feedback about their experiences, the support they receive, and how our programs impact their lives. Their insights help ensure our work remains meaningful, responsive, and focused on what matters most…helping individuals build stable, productive lives after incarceration.
